Marks a class as holding SettingParserAttribute and SettingFormatterAttribute methods. Gears scans every loaded assembly for classes with this attribute at GameAwake. The class name has no Attribute suffix; write [SettingsSerializationProvider]. See the Use Custom Value Types guide.
